You deserve to be believed. You deserve informed care.
The Mission
Hypermobility Hub was created to bridge the gap that so many patients experience—between symptoms and answers, between being dismissed and being understood. I provide evidence-based education, practical tools, and compassionate care for people with hypermobility and connective tissue disorders."
Complex Hypermobility Care | Clinical Precision Meets Lived Experience
Meet Your Provider
Crystal Wade, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC
Welcome to Hypermobility Hub
Hypermobility Hub was created by a nurse practitioner who understands hypermobility and connective tissue disorders both professionally and personally.
As a provider, patient, caregiver, wife, and mother to a child with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I bring a rare and deeply informed perspective to this work. My clinical background in orthopedic and musculoskeletal care, regenerative treatment options, all combined with lived experience of hypermobility, allows me to approach care with insight, compassion, and intention.
This space exists to provide education, validation, and thoughtful guidance for individuals navigating hypermobility, EDS, and related conditions—especially those who have felt dismissed or misunderstood.
Here, you’ll find evidence-based information, supportive resources, and care grounded in the belief that understanding hypermobility changes everything.
