Patient Financing, Services & Access to Care

Hypermobility Hub was created to serve patients with complex connective tissue and hypermobility conditions who are often overlooked, dismissed, or financially strained by traditional healthcare systems. While we are a self-pay specialty practice, we are committed to transparent pricing, ethical flexibility, and individualized access pathways when genuine financial hardship exists.

We recognize that many patients face significant financial burdens due to chronic illness, disability, or repeated medical expenses. Our goal is to never deny care based solely on finances, while also ensuring the long-term sustainability of the practice.

• Standard Care: Full consultation pricing with pay-in-full or third-party financing

• Supported Access Care: Reduced fees (15–25%) or phased payment plans for qualifying patients

• Access Care Program: Limited monthly slots for patients with significant financial hardship

Financial Access & Fair Care

Hypermobility Hub understands that unexpected events and health flares can occur. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the provider’s discretion. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in limited scheduling availability or dismissal from the practice.

• All services are self-pay and payment is due at the time of booking

• Services are not billed to insurance

• In-person services are subject to availability

• Care Navigation retainers are month-to-month with no long-term commitment

Exceptions and Important Notes

Hypermobility Hub is a self-pay specialty practice. We do not bill insurance. This model allows extended appointment times, comprehensive preparation, and individualized care planning.

Florida-Based Clinical Care

Clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment services are provided in accordance with Florida APRN practice regulations. Florida residents may receive care through in-person and telehealth visits, as clinically appropriate.

Out-of-State Patients

Patients who reside outside of Florida have two options for accessing services through Hypermobility Hub.

1. In-Person Care in Florida: Out-of-state patients may choose to travel to Florida for in-person evaluation and care. Following an in-person visit, patients may return to Florida for required in-person follow-up visits, or may receive a comprehensive written care summary and recommendations to share with their primary care provider or treating clinician in their home state.

2. Consultative Telehealth Services: Patients located outside Florida may access consultative medical case reviews or second opinions via telehealth. These services are educational in nature, are based on a review of existing records and patient-reported history, and do not establish an ongoing treating relationship.
