Because we are a self-pay specialty medical practice with extended appointment times, all appointments require a confirmed payment pathway prior to scheduling.

Please review the information below before submitting your request.

Important Booking Information

• Hypermobility Hub is a self-pay specialty practice and does not bill insurance.


• Payment is required at the time of booking unless prior arrangements are approved.


• Appointment times are not reserved until payment is completed.


• The Comprehensive Evaluation Intake Form must be completed at least 7 days prior to your visit.


• If intake materials are not completed by that deadline, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.


• We do not provide emergency or urgent care.


• Florida residents may schedule clinical visits.


• Out-of-state patients may schedule consultative case reviews only.

By submitting a request, you acknowledge these terms.

Why the 7-Day Intake Deadline Matters

Your comprehensive evaluation is not a routine visit.

The intake process allows me to:

• Thoroughly review your medical history
• Analyze imaging, labs, and outside records you provide
• Identify patterns across systems
• Prepare a personalized care strategy before we meet
• Maximize the time we spend together

This preparation allows your visit to be focused, efficient, and high-impact.

Our goal is not to gather information during the appointment — it is to use our time to interpret, strategize, and plan.

Choose Your Payment Pathway

Before your appointment can be confirmed, you will select one of the following options:

Pay in Full

Secure invoice sent via our medical portal.
Payment must be completed within 24 hours to reserve your requested time.

Structured Payment Option (50/50)

For patients who prefer to divide their consultation fee:

• 50% due at booking
• 50% automatically charged 24 hours prior to your visit

We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and secure US bank transfer (ACH).
Many patients prefer ACH for split payments due to lower processing costs.

CareCredit Medical Financing

Patients may apply directly through CareCredit.
Approval and terms are determined solely by CareCredit.

Once financing is confirmed, your appointment will be scheduled.

Financial Assistance Application

Hypermobility Hub offers limited Supported Access and Access Care programs for patients experiencing financial hardship.

Applications must be reviewed and approved prior to scheduling.

What Happens During Your Visit

At the end of your comprehensive evaluation:

• We will review findings together
• I will discuss personalized care recommendations
• We will determine the most appropriate follow-up pathway
• We will decide collaboratively how you would like to proceed

This may include structured follow-up visits, care navigation, referrals, or advanced treatment coordination where appropriate.

  3. Once payment is completed, your appointment will be confirmed.

  4. You will receive access to the Comprehensive Evaluation Intake Form.

  5. The intake form must be completed at least 7 days before your visit.

If intake materials are not completed by the deadline, we will reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate preparation time.
